30-day refund
If a course or ebook does not meet your expectations, email course@leadwellacademy.ai within 30 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Processing time
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.
Group licences
Refunds for group licences follow the terms agreed when the licence is quoted.
